Exciting New UK Legal & Professional Services Account Manager Role based in Central U.K.

This territory based role is an exciting opportunity to join in the continued growth and success of BigHand, the world’s leading developer of voice productivity solutions for law firms.  As a member of the UK Legal & Professional Services account management team you will focus on looking after BigHand’s large customer base. Building relationships based on trust, our customers will look to you to solve their business needs with BigHand’s innovative voice productivity technologies such as smartphone dictation and speech recognition.

As part of this role you will spend the majority of the week attending regular meetings with customers to understand their business challenges as well assist them with any issues or further requirements they may have for BigHand technology. You will become a trusted adviser acting as their champion inside BigHand. You will be expected to develop a strong product knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate every aspect of the product. As BigHand is a technical solution you will be expected to become proficient to a reasonable degree in explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical users alike.

A comprehensive approach to paperwork that does not impact on face to face time with customers is essential to this role and will include the diligent use of our computer based customer relationship management software. Recognition of the importance of key personal indicators and the maximum effort to consistently achieve and exceed them will ensure success in this role. Successful previous experience in the legal & professional sector is advantageous but is not as necessary as a proven account management sales background.
